As we age, our connective tissue begins to stick together. This will limit our movement or create disturbances to proper, free flowing movements of our joints. When movement is limited or compromised, breakdown will occur either in the form of injury or degeneration.
This can all be prevented with simple body maintenance. Most of the things you need to do can be done very easily, in the comfort of your own home. I would say half of what I do is teach people how to perform basic maintenance on themselves.

I’ve heard every excuse in the book ranging from “I’m just getting old to it’s genetic and my mom had a bad back and so will I.”
This is all nonsense. 100% of the time the people making the excuses have never integrated a basic maintenance regimen at ANY point in their life.
How can we expect to have a healthy body if we put virtually no effort into maintenance?
Define maintenance: A systematic method designed to keep the major joints of the body free of restriction and at full range of motion. Neck, shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees, ankles.
If there is no system in place for maintaining the health of these joints and the tissues (muscles, tendons, ligaments) attaching to them, there can be no excuses for why they break down. It’s as simple as because they were never taken care of.
Treat your body as well as your car and watch as others around you slowly shrink, hunch over, get arthritis, herniated discs, shoulder surgery, blame their parents, break down, suffer, and never live an optimal life.
