I found a fantastic video that shows three great piriformis exercises. These are for clients of mine who are experiencing piriformis syndrome or sciatic compression from the piriformis or other hip rotator muscles. The first exercise in this video is a nerve “flossing” technique that you can perform on your own. This flossing exercise is a great supplement to the treatment you will be receiving in my office. The second and third exercises are simple piriformis stretches that you should do every day, three times a day.
