DOT Medical Exams

We Perform DOT/CDL Physical Exams at our office.

The cost is $40 and this includes everything you need to be certified, you get the green medical card on the spot.

This includes:

Cardiovascular exam (blood pressure)
Vision Test
Hearing Test
Urine screen (not a drug test)
General evaluation of systems

The DOT exams are by appointment only and there are NO WAIT TIMES.
